Sunniva Counseling is the practice of Angela Sloan, LCSW and LMSW, serving adults and couples. The primary focus is two- and three-day in-person couples intensives in Mesa, Arizona, with virtual therapy in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, and Iowa. Angela is licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, Iowa, Michigan, Florida, and Nevada. This policy covers this website, not every record or system used in clinical care. What an enquiry collects
After you agree to the website terms and acknowledge this policy, our forms ask for your first and last name, email address, optional telephone number, and an optional message about your request. We use the information to respond, discuss suitability and availability, and arrange a consultation. Please avoid diagnoses, detailed clinical histories, or other sensitive clinical information.
The request also includes agreement information: terms acceptance, terms version, the time you clicked the agreement button, acknowledgement of this policy, and the agreement wording. The timestamp is generated by your browser’s clock—not a server-verified signature. Some forms include an internal form-source label so the practice can identify the enquiry entry point.
Where your request goes
On submission, your browser sends the form payload directly by HTTPS to a LeadConnector (HighLevel) CRM webhook at services.leadconnectorhq.com. It does not pass through a form-processing endpoint on this project’s server. LeadConnector and its infrastructure receive the request and normal network information such as IP address and browser headers.
The website sends the agreement fields, but we have not verified that this CRM workflow retains or maps all of them into a durable record. Nor have we verified the practice’s CRM retention or deletion schedule. Sending fields is not proof of storage. Business review must confirm workflow mapping, access, retention, and deletion procedures before relying on these records.
Booking is a separate external tool
The calendar is hosted by LeadConnector (HighLevel) at api.leadconnectorhq.com. Until you choose “I agree — load booking calendar,” this website does not mount that iframe or load its resizing script from link.msgsndr.com. Once loaded, it can request information needed to arrange an appointment, including contact details, chosen appointment time, and any fields configured by the provider. You may contact sunnivacounseling@gmail.com or 832-284-2242 instead without loading the calendar.
Browser testing observed requests to backend.leadconnectorhq.com for session attribution and booking analytics, supporting assets from stcdn.leadconnectorhq.com and storage.googleapis.com, and Google Fonts requests from within the calendar. The provider may also use cookies, browser storage, or additional dynamic services. These session-attribution requests do not by themselves establish that the provider records keystrokes or replays sessions. The site’s optional-storage switch cannot control tracking within that external iframe, even if you reject optional website storage. We have not verified all provider tracking, storage durations, or booking-record retention. The website agreement is held in this page’s memory; we do not claim the booking provider receives or retains it.
Necessary privacy preferences
We use the localStorage entry sunniva_privacy_preference to remember an explicit acceptance or rejection of optional storage for 180 days. This preference is necessary to respect your choice; it is not a marketing opt-in. The sessionStorage entry sunniva_privacy_dismissed remembers that you closed the banner or agreed inside a form or booking area for the current browser tab’s visit. Closing the banner does not create an optional-storage decision. Form and booking agreement states are held in page memory and reset when those areas are remounted or reloaded.
If storage is blocked, the site uses in-memory choices for the current page session. Forms still work. A full reload may show the privacy controls again because a blocked browser cannot persist the dismissal.
Optional campaign attribution
Optional storage is off unless you explicitly accept it. Only after acceptance do we read campaign details from the current URL, save them in sunniva_embed_attribution in localStorage, or include them in an enquiry. The saved record expires no later than 90 days after campaign capture; a later campaign visit may replace or update it for a new 90-day period. Merely reopening the site without a new campaign does not renew that record.
Supported parameters are gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, campaignid, adgroupid, keyword, matchtype, and device. Accepted attribution can also produce a traffic-source label. These values help identify how visitors reached the site. Rejecting optional storage or expiry of its permission stops this use and removes saved attribution when the website next runs. Previously submitted CRM records cannot be deleted by clearing your browser.
Campaign parameters may already be visible in the address of the page you requested. Website hosting, proxies, and any referring service may receive that URL as part of delivering the page, before our scripts run. Our consent controls do not rewrite your browser history or retroactively remove infrastructure logs.
Other external requests and cookies
Site-owned Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager scripts and pixels have been removed and are not restored by accepting optional storage. The landing-page IP-based country lookup has also been removed. The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies through its own code.
The website serves its DM Sans, Lora, and Fraunces fonts locally, without contacting Google Fonts for the website’s typography. This does not apply to fonts loaded by the external calendar after your separate agreement. Hosting infrastructure, provided through Replit, receives normal requests needed to deliver the website. External directory links, including Psychology Today, connect to those websites when followed. Those providers have their own privacy practices. We do not claim that the hosting platform or external booking provider sets no cookies or keeps no logs.
Your choices, retention, and security
Use the “Privacy choices” control at any time to inspect or change optional storage. Accepting optional storage does not unlock a form or calendar. You can reject optional storage and still agree separately to use either. Form agreement authorizes operational follow-up about your request, not promotional email or text messaging.
We have verified only the browser lifetimes described above—not business record-retention periods, provider contracts, or legal compliance. We cannot promise complete confidentiality or security of website enquiries. Request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of applicable retention by contacting sunnivacounseling@gmail.com or 832-284-2242. The practice must review what it can provide and any duties that apply. Do not use the site for emergencies; in the United States, call 911 for immediate danger or call/text 988 for crisis support.
